Gas Handling

IMPROVE EFFICIENCY IN THE PRESENCE OF GAS

BE BETTER EQUIPPED TO HANDLE GAS

Rotoliptic pumps retain higher liquid production in the presence of gas than other forms of artificial lift. When compared to a rod pump, Rotoliptic's pump has multiple stages that allow compression to happen throughout, with less effect on the liquid volume that is being discharged. Compared to an ESP, the Rotoliptic pump's head capacity is not reduced by gas so extra pump stages are not necessary at higher gas fractions.

Gas VOLUME FRACTION

The GVF test program in early 2021 with air and mineral oil mixtures established empirical gas correction performance model of up to 80% GVF.

A performance map created across a full RPM range and multiple pumps utilized with varying length and number of stages and across a given RPM range.
